To which countries do we deliver?
We strive to ship to everyone who wants a paintning or print from juliamelander.com. We have free shipping within Sweden. For all countries outside Sweden the customer will have to pay for shipping, handling, and customs duties.

How can I be sure that my credit card details are secure?
Your payment data is secure on my website. I do not, at any time, have access to any information concerning your credit card or bank account. All credit card information is handled by the payment gateways DIBS/Klarna/Paypal, among the safest systems available today for secure commerce transactions. No credit card information is saved on the website.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
In the last step of your purchase, you will see an order confirmation on your screen which you can print. An order confirmation will also be emailed to the address you specified on your order. If you have not received an email from us before, your mail server may sort it as spam, so please check your spam box as well.
If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order from juliamelander.com, you are able to return the products within 14 working days from the date you received the order and have notified us within that period of time.
How much will it cost me to return my purchase?
The administration fee for returning products (which does not include the return shipping fee) is 200 SEK, 200 NOK, 20 Euro, £20, 40 USD or 40 CAD. This fee will be deducted from your refund. So the customer will have to pay whatever it costs to return the product to us.
When will I receive my refund for the return?
When we receive the product(s), you will be refunded the amount you paid to us upon purchase (minus the administration fee). The amount will be credited to the same payment method used for the purchase.
In most cases, we will refund you within 14 days from the date you let us know about your intention to cancel. However, we may delay the repayment until we have received the product or the customer has provided proof that the product has been returned (eg certificate of delivery). In some cases, your refund may be forfeited if the product is damaged because:
• you have used the products
• the products were damaged while you were responsible for them
• you have not followed the procedure for cancellation rights outlined above
These General Terms and Conditions of Use are governed by Swedish law. Any disputes are decided by the ordinary Swedish courts.
If you have a complaint about your purchase, please email email@example.com. If we fail to find a satisfactory solution, you can, if the conditions are met, lodge a complaint with the Allmänna Reklamationsnämnden (ARN) (http://www.arn.se/). You may also use the European Commission Online Dispute Resolution (EU ODR) (http://ec.europa.eu/odr) for your complaint. This portal can be relevant when living in another EU Country. When filling in a complaint please include our email address firstname.lastname@example.org.
